Their parents introduced them to each other and then took a backseat. Well, what else was there to do, with this dashing young couple deciding to veer their own course, and in style. Meet Divya – a beautiful young fashion designer from Delhi; soft-spoken, stylish and it wouldn’t hurt to say, with a strong resemblance to a popular Hindi actress (as we learnt from our shoot with them at Chandni Chowk). And Nikhil – a fun-loving, easy-going handsome young man, who complements everything about Divya.
Their wedding at The Claridges, Surajkund was a simple affair in accordance with the Vedic rituals. Divya looked every bit a princess in her pretty pink lehenga from Tarun Tahiliani, and some shiny rock jewelry (read Polki diamonds) to complement it. And Nikhil matched her as her knight in the shining armour (read a classic-dull-gold sherwani) as her strutted in, on his white mare.
It was a very emotinionally charged time for her family to see her go, to bid her good-bye as she drove away with Nikhil to be with her new family. Here’s a sneak peek to all the fun and fabulous time we spent with them.

Well, I am no expert in the industry but having observed and documented a lot of weddings in the capacity of a photographer, I learnt a few things that can come in handy if you are planning your own wedding and do not intend to involve a professional wedding planner.
Such a pretty couple. Divya is looking really a princess and Nikhil a perfect handsome guy. Loved their jodi…Thank u for the share.
